Registered Nurse (32hr/wk)
Early Intervention - East

Are you looking for a rewarding career making a difference in the life of a child? The Early Intervention program serves special needs children from birth to 3 years old. We are currently looking to hire a full-time (32 hr/wk) Registered Nurse to work at our East site in Salt Lake City. In this position you will be part of an evaluation team doing medical assessments on infants and toddlers in their homes to determine eligibility for our program. You must have a Utah RN license and we prefer some pediatric experience, however, we will train the right candidate in early intervention. Driving will be required for this position, therefore you must be at least 21, have a good driving record, a current license and car insurance, and reliable transportation. This position comes with medical, vision and dental insurance, 18 paid holidays, vacation and sick leave, retirement through Utah Retirement Systems, 401(k) options, mileage reimbursement, and a flexible schedule.


Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Speech & Language Pathologist
Part-time Duchesne County

Would you like a rewarding job working with infants and toddlers? Our Early Intervention Program in Roosevelt is currently seeking a part-time Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech and Language Pathologist to work with children from birth to three in Duchesne County. In this position you will serve as a member of a multi-disciplinary team to perform evaluations and provide home-based individual services to infants and toddlers with special needs and their families. You will also conduct developmental evaluations using appropriate assessment tools to assist in determining program eligibility. We will provide training in early intervention to the right candidate. Because driving is required you must have reliable transportation, a valid driver license, current car insurance and a good driving record. This position comes with some benefits including vacation and sick leave, 401(k) options, mileage reimbursement, and a flexible schedule. We require a degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech/Language Pathology and a current Utah license.


Support Specialist - 15-19 hours
Adult & Youth Services

The Adult and Youth Services program is looking for a part-time Support Specialist to provide supported employment and supported living services to individuals with disabilities in the community. In this position you will assist clients in the work place or assist them in finding employment. You will also provide in-home support to clients in the areas of budgeting, medical needs, personal hygiene, transportation, social activities, and other life skills. We require a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of six months related experience. We provide sick leave, vacation, mileage reimbursement and a flexible schedule. This position requires driving therefore you must have a current driver license and car insurance, reliable transportation and a good driving record. A background screen and motor vehicle report are run on all new employees.
