Health Services Facilitator - 40 hours
Early Head Start


The Health Services Facilitator assures the activities in the health, nutrition and safe environments areas of the Early Head Start program are carried out effectively. In this position you will ensure compliance with program goals related to the health and development of children and pregnant women in the program. This job requires a degree in public health, health education, maternal and child health, or related field; and a minimum of one year of related experience. Knowledge of child development, family dynamics and knowledge of community resources is a plus. This position comes with excellent benefits including 18 paid holidays, 14 vacation days, and 12 sick days per year; medical, vision and dental benefits; retirement through the Utah Retirement Systems; 401(k) options; and mileage reimbursement at 50 cents a mile. Background screen and motor vehicle report will be done on all new hires.

 

Occupational Therapist - 10 hr/wk
Early Intervention - West


A 10 hr/wk position has become available for an Occupational Therapist to work in our Early Intervention program at our West Site. In this position you will serve as a member of a multi-disciplinary team to provide individual services to infants and toddlers. You will provide direct individual intervention and treatment to enhance the child’s sensorimotor and self-help development, and facilitate parents and caregivers in implementing a home program to achieve desired outcomes. This position comes with some benefits including vacation and sick leave, 401(k) options, mileage reimbursement, and a flexible schedule. We require a degree in Occupation Therapy and a current Utah license.

 

Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Speech & Language Pathologist
Part-time Duchesne County


Would you like a rewarding job working with infants and toddlers? Our Early Intervention Program in Roosevelt is currently seeking a part-time Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech and Language Pathologist to work with children from birth to three in Duchesne County. In this position you will serve as a member of a multi-disciplinary team to perform evaluations and provide home-based individual services to infants and toddlers with special needs and their families. You will also conduct developmental evaluations using appropriate assessment tools to assist in determining program eligibility. We will provide training in early intervention to the right candidate. Because driving is required you must have reliable transportation, a valid driver license, current car insurance and a good driving record. This position comes with some benefits including vacation and sick leave, 401(k) options, mileage reimbursement, and a flexible schedule. We require a degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech/Language Pathology and a current Utah license.
