Program Services Facilitator - 40 hours
Early Head Start


DDI VANTAGE is currently looking for a full-time Program Services Facilitator for our Early Head Start Program. In this position you will oversee the recruitment and enrollment of children in to the program by identifying eligible families in the community. You will also become the lead on the program database, and provide training and technical support for staff as needed. We require experience working with children, families and the community; experience with early childhood learning and development; and experience with databases, data collection, and analysis. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, family studies, or other related field; and a minimum of one year administrative or management experience is required. This position comes with excellent benefits including 18 paid holidays, 14 vacation days, and 12 sick days per year; medical, vision and dental benefits; retirement through the Utah Retirement Systems; 401(k) options; and mileage reimbursement at 50 cents a mile.

 

Part-time Family Specialist, Home-Based
Early Head Start - Tooele


There is a part-time opening for a Family Specialist our Early Head Start program in Tooele. The Family Specialist provides services for pregnant women, and for children and their families in the areas of early childhood development, disabilities, child health and safety, nutrition, prenatal education, and family partnerships. In this position you will conduct weekly home visits to provide education, referral, and other advisory services to program participants; assist parents and pregnant women in ensuring that their health and mental health needs are met; and provide emotional support for families and assist them in their role as an advocate for their child. A high school diploma or GED is required. We prefer a BS degree in Human Development, Family Studies, Child Development or a related field and we require a minimum of one year of related experience in early childhood education, family services, or other related fields. Knowledge of community resources is a plus. This position comes with excellent benefits including vacation days and sick days, 401(k) options, and mileage reimbursement at 50 cents a mile and a flexible schedule.

 

Part-time Family Specialist, Center-Based
Early Head Start - 45th South


We currently have a part-time opening (19 hour per week) in the Early Head Start program for a Center-based Family Specialist. This position will provide case management services in the center-based partnership for children and their families in the areas of early childhood development, disabilities, child health and safety, nutrition, and family partnerships. In this position you will partner with family and childcare teachers to monitor and update outcomes, as well as provide education and information to parents and childcare teachers for the successful implementation of goals. You will assure that families receive the appropriate services and referrals and will assist families in ensuring that their children’s needs are met. A high school diploma or GED is required. We prefer a BS degree in Human Development, Family Studies, Child Development or a related field and we require a minimum of one year of related experience in early childhood education, family services, or other related fields. Knowledge of community resources is a plus. This position comes with benefits including vacation days; sick days; 401(k) options; and mileage reimbursement at 50 cents a mile.

 

Occupational Therapist - 40 hr/wk
Early Intervention - West

A full-time position has become available for an Occupational Therapist to work in our Early Intervention program at our West Site. In this position you will serve as a member of a multi-disciplinary team to provide individual services to infants and toddlers. You will provide direct individual intervention and treatment to enhance the child’s sensorimotor and self-help development, and facilitate parents and caregivers in implementing a home program to achieve desired outcomes.
